» DESIGN
At no cost to you, Mr. Haberstroh will meet with you to discuss the construction of your new home. If you have finished plans we will bid the construction to your specifications. If you do not have plans, with just your ideas, pictures etc. we can help you determine an approximate budget for your home. At this time before starting the design process, you should be pre-qualified by a bank or Mortgage Company for the approximate construction cost. We work closely with a local lending institution that can help with this. Once you have approved the approximate budget, we will proceed in developing working plans. Plans can normally be developed in three to four weeks on the average home. It is possible for this to be done at no cost to you.
» PRE-CONSTRUCTION
Your plans have been finished so we will work to finalize specifications and arrive at a final cost for your new home construction. Upon final acceptance of the plans and specifications we will enter into a contract to build your new home. Mr. Haberstroh can then guide you through the financing process working closely with local lending institutions. You will be well on your way to starting the construction of your new home.
» CONSTRUCTION
After the financing has been finalized the construction of your new home will begin. You will be provided with all the information needed to make your personal selections for your new home. Mike Haberstroh and his employees are fully committed to working closely with you so building your new home becomes a truly satisfying and enjoyable experience.
